Reviews and Ratings
The room was a bit disappointing due to being small, dark, and suffocating, with just a window close to the ceiling which made it feel very dim. The service, however, was surprisingly friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, being at the beginning of the town and near bars and restaurants. The dining experience was excellent at the attached restaurant. The facilities were satisfactory, offering the necessary amenities.
The hotel offers beautiful views of Benasque and the surrounding mountains, with a balcony providing a fantastic mountain view. However, our specific request for room placement was not honored, causing a slight inconvenience. The room had a bed that was too large for the space, jammed against one wall and with minimal space on the other side.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The attic room we received, despite our request for a different room, had a strong smoke odor, was above a noisy restaurant, and had a bed that was awkwardly placed against the wall. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the challenging situation more bearable.
The hotel is wonderfully located at the beginning of the town, making it perfect to explore the area easily. The rooms, although spacious and designed for disabled individuals, had a bed that was too large for the room, slightly impacting comfort. The staff, while helpful, had limited English skills. The dining options were decent, and the attached restaurant offered a good selection. The price was fair, but the service could be more customer-friendly.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although noisy due to its location above the restaurant and the strong smell of smoke, offered a nice mountain view from the balcony. The service was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the town but could get noisy on weekends. The dining experience in the attached restaurant was a highlight. However, overall, the facilities were just average.
